Production & Shipping Policy
Production Time
All items have an estimated production timeframe of 2–3 weeks. This timeframe is provided as a guideline only and is not guaranteed.
As all pieces are handmade to order, production times may vary depending on order volume, material availability, and seasonal demand. During busier periods, production may exceed the estimated timeframe, and by placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that slight delays may occur.
Shipping timeframes begin only after production has been completed.

Shipping Liability
Once an order has been dispatched, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the shipping courier.
ONYXII is not liable for:
- Shipping delays caused by the courier
- Lost, stolen, or damaged parcels during transit
- Delivery delays due to customs, weather, strikes, or other circumstances outside of our control
No compensation, replacement, or refund will be issued for lost parcels unless the courier officially confirms the parcel as lost.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered at checkout is correct. ONYXII is not responsible for parcels delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.
No Refunds Policy
Due to the handmade and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales are final.
We operate a strict no refunds policy. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.

Rush orders may be available at an additional charge and must be agreed upon prior to purchase.

We offer alterations on handmade ONYXII pieces where possible.
To help ensure the best fit:

- Provide accurate measurements in the order notes at checkout

- Failure to provide measurements, or providing inaccurate measurements, may result in additional alteration charges
- Alterations for worn, damaged, or modified items may incur additional fees
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs related to alterations

Design & Handmade Items
All ONYXII designs are created in-house in the UK.
Unless explicitly marked as “ready to ship,” all handmade items are individually produced by hand. As a result, slight variations, imperfections, or differences between pieces may naturally occur and are not considered defects.
Alterations
We offer alterations on handmade ONYXII pieces where possible.
To help ensure the best fit:

- Provide accurate measurements in the order notes at checkout
Please note:
- Alterations may incur an additional fee depending on the nature of the requested changes
